New clients, and returning clients who have not visited for more than six months, may be required to book a paid 30-minute consultation. This gives Eden time to understand your skin and discuss the next step with you.

Share your history
Tell Eden about prescribed medicines, recent procedures, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, diagnosed conditions and any current skin reaction.
Bring your routine
A list or photographs of the skincare you use can help the conversation, including active and prescribed products.
Ask about preparation
Follow instructions for your booked treatment. Preparation varies; do not change prescribed treatment without advice from the prescriber.
Time to listen.
Space to decide.
Eden will review your concerns and explain the recommended approach. You can ask about discomfort, recovery, potential risks, alternatives and the limits of the proposed treatment.
Your plan is agreed before treatment proceeds. A recommendation does not mean you must commit to a course immediately; take the time you need to make an informed decision.

Aftercare is specific to the treatment you receive. Eden will explain relevant product use, recovery and the timing of other appointments.
Contact Eden if you need clarification or have concerns after your visit. Further treatment is discussed in relation to your skin response and agreed goals.

Do I need a consultation first?

How much notice is needed to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in your booking payment being retained. Read the booking policy for the full details.
